Product may take 7 to 10 business days to receive. Depending on the season and availability. Most items ship within 24 hrs and are received within 1 to 4 business days. Please exclude weekends as business days.
Every product ships via-UPS or Fedex except for pool heaters and heat pumps, above ground swimming pools, tanning beds, toilets, and spas and pool slides. These items ship common carrier. The trucking company will contact you prior to delivery. You will have to be home to receive the product, take the product off the truck and sign for the product. If you see any damage, please refuse delivery and call SPP.
Guarantee:
No Return on parts, pool and spa chemicals, pool and deck paint, pool liners, custom safety covers and spa covers. Email SPP for a return authorization label. You are responsible to pay the shipping back and may have to pay a re-stocking fee. If you decide after the product has shipped that you don’t want the product or that you decide after receiving the product that you don’t want the product, you are responsible to pay the shipping cost out to you and the shipping cost back to us. The handling fee you pay is a handling fee, not a shipping cost.
